Brandon A. Swartz
Mr. Swartz is a founding partner of Swartz Culleton, PC. His practice focuses on all types of Personal Injury cases including Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, Civil Rights Violations, Motor Vehicle, Premises Liability, Products’ Liability, Trucking accidents and Workers’ Compensation.
Prior to founding Swartz Culleton PC, with his partner, Christopher Culleton, Mr. Swartz was associated with David F. Itkoff & Associates, P.C where his legal career has been highlighted by several outstanding results including a $12.5 million jury verdict obtained on behalf of a man injured in an industrial work accident, the third highest verdict in Philadelphia County for the year 2003; a $3 million dollar settlement in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on behalf of a child who was born prematurely with substantial developmental defects after his mother consumed turkey deli meat infected with Listeria, the settlement was reported on the CBS morning news scrawl and appeared in numerous newspapers throughout the country; a $1.5 million settlement in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas on behalf a construction worker who fell through a roof, the third highest settlement ever reported in Bucks County, Pennsylvania; and a $1.5 million settlement in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas on behalf of a young woman who sustained severe facial injuries as a passenger in car accident in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Mr. Swartz has also obtained numerous favorable awards and settlements representing hundreds of injured workers’ compensation claimants in the Bristol, Philadelphia, Malvern, Upper Darby, Scranton, Wilkes-Barre and Stroudsburg Workers’ Compensation Offices.
Mr. Swartz is a graduate of the Temple University School of Law where he graduated cum laude and placed first place in the 1994 Samuel J. Polsky Moot Court Competition open to all second year law students.
Mr. Swartz is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the Eastern of District of Pennsylvania.
Christopher J. Culleton
Mr. Culleton is a founding partner of Swartz Culleton PC. He represents catastrophically injured persons and their families in complex personal injury litigation and concentrates his practice on motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, tavern owner liability, medical malpractice and construction accidents. He has obtained numerous jury verdicts on behalf of injured accident victims and has been recognized by Philadelphia Magazine as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer.
Prior to starting the Firm, Mr. Culleton was a partner at a Center City Philadelpia plaintiff's personal injury practice and, before that, a member of a multipractice international law firm concentrating on complex commercial litigation. Mr. Culleton clerked for the Honorable William H. Yohn, Jr., District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. At one time, he owned and operated a residential construction company.
A native of England, Mr. Culleton received a B.Sc. from Exeter University, United Kingdom in 1984. He graduated First in his class from Temple University School of Law in 1996, receiving his J.D., valedictorian, summa cum laude. He was also a senior articles editor of Temple Law Review. Additionally, Mr. Culleton was an Israel Packel Memorial scholar as well as a Barenkopf scholar.
Mr. Culleton is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and in the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.
Todd focuses his practice on workers compensation and personal injury.Todd has extensive experience handling all types of workers compensation cases, as well as a wide variety of personal injury matters, including: motor vehicle, slip and fall, assault and battery, and underinsured motorist claims. Todd recently became certified by the Pennsylvania Bar Association as a workers' compensation specialist after passing an intensive 4 hour examination covering the many nuances of Pennsylvania workers compensation law.
As a plaintiffs personal injury attorney, Todd has had several excellent results, including a 1.5 million dollar jury verdict on behalf of a Philadelphia man who was severely injured in a hospital parking lot. This case was reported in the Legal Intelligencer and represented one of the highest jury verdicts in Philadelphia County in 2011. Todd has arbitrated cases in Philadelphia and most of the surrounding counties with numerous successful awards on behalf of his clients.
Todd was chosen by Philadelphia Magazine as a "Rising Star Super Lawyer" in 2005, 2006 and 2009- an honor given to less than 5 percent of practicing Pennsylvania lawyers under the age of 40. He is a member of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the Federal Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Todd has authored and presented numerous seminars in workers' compensation litigation and served as an adjunct Professor at Peirce College in Philadelphia where he taught classes in workers' compensation.

Bryan M. Ferris
Bryan concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice, construction accidents, products liability, premises liability and motor vehicle accidents. Prior to joining Swartz Culleton PC, Bryan gained extensive experience in all areas of employment litigation, including representing aggrieved employees in discrimination, harassment and wrongful discharge matters. In addition, Bryan previously represented insurance companies and property owners in general liability cases in federal and state courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This experience has provided him with an intimate understanding of the strategies utilized by defense attorneys and claims adjusters in handling such matters, which allows him to maximize recovery on behalf of accident victims.
Bryan graduated from the Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law in 2004 where he was a member of the Dean’s List and served as both a Teaching and Research Assistant. He received a B.S.B.A. in finance from the University of Florida in 2001 where he was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and made the SEC Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll as a member of Florida’s intercollegiate Track and Field team.
Bryan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
Joe is an accomplished trial attorney having obtained numerous favorable jury verdicts for his clients in a variety of cases. He concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice, construction accidents, products liability, premises liability and motor vehicle accidents. Prior to joining Swartz Culleton PC, Joe represented insurance companies and their insureds as a defense attorney in all areas of professional negligence, construction, premises, auto and products liability litigation. As with his Swartz Culleton colleagues, this experience has provided him with an intimate understanding of the strategies utilized by defense attorneys and claims adjusters in handling such matters, which allows him to maximize recovery on behalf of accident victims.
Joe graduated from the Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law in 2004 and received a B.A. in English Literature from Kutztown University in 2001 where he was a repeated Dean's List recipient.
Joe is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Nick is a Pennsylvania and New Jersey licensed attorney who graduated from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. Since graduating from law school, Nick has handled commercial litigation, collections actions, professional negligence, nursing home neglect, motor vehicle negligence and premises liability suits. Nick joined Swartz Culleton PC in November 2012.
Nick is also an alumnus of both Temple University and Holy Ghost Preparatory School in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Nick is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Diamond is an experienced trial attorney who has obtained numerous favorable verdicts in both State and Federal Court. He currently concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice, construction accidents, products liability, nursing home liability, premises liability and motor vehicle accidents. Prior to joining Swartz Culleton PC, Mr. Diamond represented defendants and their insurance carriers in catastrophic personal injury cases and also handled numerous commercial disputes on behalf of property owners, commercial landlords, real estate agents and other businesses.
Mr. Diamond graduated from the Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law in 2004 and he earned a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College in 2001.
He was recently chosen by Philadelphia Magazine as a "Rising Star Super Lawyer".
Matt is an attorney licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and a 2013 graduate of Villanova University School of Law. Matt joined Swartz Culleton full time in the fall of 2013 after working as a law clerk at the firm during his law school years. In his time at Swartz Culleton, Matt has focused his practice on personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle, premises liability, and medical malpractice matters.
Matt graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science in December 2009 and is also an alumnus of Bishop McDevitt High School in Wyncote, Pennsylvania.
