Joseph is an accomplished trial attorney having obtained numerous favorable jury verdicts for his clients in a variety of cases. He concentrates his practice in the area of civil rights, insurance bad faith and personal injury litigation, including violations of the 4th, 8th and 14th amendment, medical malpractice, construction accidents, products liability, premises liability and motor vehicle accidents. Prior to joining Swartz Culleton PC, Joseph represented insurance companies and their insureds as a defense attorney in all areas of professional negligence, construction, and products liability litigation. As with his Swartz Culleton colleagues, this experience has provided him with an intimate understanding of the strategies utilized by defense attorneys and claims adjusters in handling such matters, which allows him to maximize recovery on behalf of accident victims.
Joseph graduated from the Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law in 2004 and received a B.A. in English Literature from Kutztown University in 2001 where he was a repeated Dean’s List recipient.
Joseph is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has been twice recognized as a Rising Star Attorney.
