Lisa R. Schwartz concentrates her practice in medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other personal injury matters.
Prior to joining Swartz Culleton, PC, Ms. Schwartz was a partner at a Center City Philadelphia plaintiffs’ personal injury firm. Among her achievements, she helped to shape new law holding HMOs responsible for enforcing policies that denied patients proper care. While practicing law in Washington DC, Ms. Schwartz worked to defend personal injury litigants. At one time she owned and operated an antiques store.
Ms. Schwartz received her Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University. She earned her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and subsequently a Master of Laws Degree in Trial Advocacy from Temple University Beasely School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the District of Columbia.
