Anton R. Tupa
Anton graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2013. During law school he interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office-Philadelphia, and with the (former) Chief Judge Kathryn Vratil in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. He received his Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Florida in 2006. He received his M.A. in Philosophy in 1999 and his B.A. in Philosophy with Honors in 1997, both from the University of Kansas.
Anton concentrates his practice in personal injury litigation, with an emphasis on medical malpractice litigation. He also works on premises liability and auto liability cases. Prior to joining Swartz Culleton, Anton clerked in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Anton taught and researched philosophy for years at Auburn University (AL), Saginaw Valley State University (MI), and the University of South Carolina. He routinely taught Health Care Ethics and Bioethics to current and future health care practitioners such as nurses and doctors.
Anton is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and he is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
