David is an associate attorney at our Newtown office. He concentrates his practice in personal injury litigation, with a focus on nursing home malpractice and motor vehicle accidents. David graduated from Temple Law School in 2025. While in law school, he was an editor on Temple Law Review.

David joined Swartz Culleton as a law clerk in 2025. Before joining Swartz Culleton, David worked as a law clerk for a full-service law firm in Jenkintown, PA and as a judicial intern in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Prior to law school, David worked for several years in the financial services industry. David graduated with distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in 2018. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
