C. Edward Hartman IV is a fourth-generation attorney from Annapolis, Maryland. He received his Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Mississippi, then interned with Circuit Court Justice Ronald Silkworth before attending the University of Baltimore School of Law. After graduating and passing the Bar, he worked as a general-practice attorney in Annapolis for several years. After a brief stint as a domestic attorney, Edward joined the Swartz Culleton Ferris team in 2023.

He has experience in District and Circuit Court, as well as US District Court and the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and Court of Appeals. His priorities include making sure that his clients understand each step of the process, as well as empowering them to make informed decisions about their own case or claim. Edward is passionate, dedicated, and experienced, and has brought those qualities to this firm and his clients.
