Tanner is an associate attorney at our Newtown office, and concentrates his practice in the areas of products liability, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents. Before joining Swartz Culleton Ferris, Tanner worked as a law clerk at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General in the Bureau of Consumer Protection, as well as with the Chapter 13 Trustee for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Tanner joined Swartz Culleton Ferris in 2025.

Tanner earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, graduating in 2025. Before attending law school, Tanner graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, and with a minor in Business Administration. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
