Todd M. Felzer
Todd is the Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Department at Swartz Culleton Ferris and focuses his practice representing people who have been injured on the job or as the result of a third parties negligence. Todd has experience handling all types of workers compensation cases, as well as a wide variety of personal injury matters including car accidents, slip and falls and premises liability. Todd is certified by the Pennsylvania Bar Association as a workers’ compensation “specialist”‘ after passing an intensive 4-hour examination covering the many nuances of Pennsylvania workers compensation law.
Todd has had numerous outstanding results, including a 1.5 million dollar jury verdict on behalf of a Philadelphia man who was severely injured in a hospital parking lot. This case was reported in the Legal Intelligencer and represented one of the highest jury verdicts in Philadelphia County in 2011. In the last 10 years, Todd has obtained millions of dollars on behalf of injury victims.
Todd was listed by Philadelphia Magazine as a “Rising Star Super Lawyer” in 2005, 2006 and 2009. Further, he has continuously been selected as a “Pennsylvania Super Lawyer” in the field of workers compensation law from 2019 through 2025, a distinction held by less than 5 percent of practicing Pennsylvania lawyers. He is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Todd has authored and presented numerous seminars in workers’ compensation litigation and served as an adjunct Professor at Peirce College in Philadelphia where he taught classes in workers’ compensation. He also sits as an arbitrator in Bucks County.
