Our Practice
Todd M. Felzer
Todd focuses his practice on workers compensation and personal injury. Todd has extensive experience handling all types of workers compensation cases, as well as a wide variety of personal injury matters, including: motor vehicle, slip and fall, assault and battery, and underinsured motorist claims. Todd recently became certified by the Pennsylvania Bar Association as a workers’ compensation specialist after passing an intensive 4 hour examination covering the many nuances of Pennsylvania workers compensation law.
As a plaintiffs personal injury attorney, Todd has had several excellent results, including a 1.5 million dollar jury verdict on behalf of a Philadelphia man who was severely injured in a hospital parking lot. This case was reported in the Legal Intelligencer and represented one of the highest jury verdicts in Philadelphia County in 2011. Todd has arbitrated cases in Philadelphia and most of the surrounding counties with numerous successful awards on behalf of his clients.
Todd was chosen by Philadelphia Magazine as a “Rising Star Super Lawyer” in 2005, 2006 and 2009- an honor given to less than 5 percent of practicing Pennsylvania lawyers under the age of 40. He is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the Federal Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Todd has authored and presented numerous seminars in workers’ compensation litigation and served as an adjunct Professor at Peirce College in Philadelphia where he taught classes in workers’ compensation.
